📋 1. General Terms

6.2 Live Betting

Odds change rapidly in live betting. A bet should not be considered placed until you receive confirmation that it has been successfully accepted.

6.3 Match Fixing & Fraud

Match fixing, use of insider information, or any other fraudulent approach to sports betting is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be involved in such activities will be permanently banned.

6.4 Maximum Winnings Limit

Maximum winnings on a single bet are subject to specified limits. Please refer to the rules of the relevant sports or game section for details.

🚫 7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Sports Betting Baji:

• Registering with false or incomplete information
• Creating multiple accounts
• Using another person's account or allowing others to use yours
• Using bots, scripts, or any automated methods
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's software
• Harassing other users
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers
• Strategic betting to circumvent bonus terms (bonus abuse)

🔐 8. Account Closure & Suspension

Sports Betting Baji may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• For violating the Terms & Conditions
• Providing false or misleading information
• Extended period of inactivity (more than 12 months)
• At the user's own request
• If a self-exclusion is applied under the Responsible Gambling policy

8.1 Self-Closure of Account

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawals must be processed before the account is closed.

• Losses caused by internet connection disruptions
• Errors caused by third-party payment providers
• Account security breach due to user negligence

📝 10. Changes to Terms & Contact

Sports Betting Baji reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. For significant changes, a notification will be sent via email or posted on the platform at least 7 days in advance.

Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
